The result shows that all the 8 ADR strategies/mechanisms listed in the questionnaire items were found to be applicable or available at CRMC, Enugu; available conflict/dispute resolution strategies were ineffective in resolving conflict/dispute at the CRMC, Enugu; the rate of success of the centre in disputes such as contract of employment, violence against women, debt related matter, land dispute matter and maintaining community cohesion are low; and  the centre is encountering some problems due to inadequate provision of physical amenities and shortage of qualified personnel.
