Three hypotheses guided the study and the study is anchored on the Human Relation Theory by George Elton Mayo. The researcher adopted the survey research design. The data were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The data were analyzed using simple percentage and the hypotheses were tested with chi-square. Findings indicate that there is a relationship between public service ethics and employee productivity in Ayamelum Local Government Area, that public service ethics has a significant effect on the quality of service delivered by public servants and that public service ethics has significant effect on service culture in Ayamelum Local Government Council. It was therefore recommended that government should redefine and set an efficient and unbiased code of ethics that should act as a guide for human behaviour, acceptable and suitable to our environment, and that penalties and punishments to the violation of the ethical values should be clear, well communicated and carried out on deviants.
